SEC Clears Path for T. Rowe Price's Crypto ETF Listing
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval to list the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF on the NYSE Arca exchange, following a lengthy review process.
After initially filing the proposal in November 2025, the sponsor submitted two amendments before receiving final approval.
The actively managed ETF aims for long-term capital appreciation and will hold between five and 15 crypto assets under normal conditions. Eligible assets include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cardano, Avalanche, Litecoin, Polkadot, Dogecoin, Hedera, Bitcoin Cash, Chainlink, Stellar, Shiba Inu, and Sui.
The fund may also hold USDC as operating cash to pay expenses and purchase assets, but USDC is not an investment target.
