Bybit Co-CEO Helen Liu to Depart Amid Entrepreneurial Ambitions

Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced that Co-CEO Helen Liu will depart from the company on April 30, 2026.

Liu joined Bybit in 2020 as Vice President of Human Resources and has since taken on various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Co-CEO. Her tenure at the company spanned five years, during which she played a crucial part in shaping its global expansion, organizational development, and market transformation.

Under her leadership, Bybit grew into one of the most influential digital asset platforms globally, serving more than 82 million users across over 181 countries and regions. Liu's people-first approach and strategic clarity have earned her recognition as a dedicated leader who guided teams through both opportunities and challenges.
