Binance's 2025 Listings Reveal Market Trends and Sector Shifts

The cryptocurrency exchange Binance listed 87 projects in 2025, providing valuable insights into the market trends and sector developments.

Ethereum was the dominant chain, with 36% of all listings calling it their primary chain. DeFi led the sector breakdown, with 18 projects listed, followed closely by AI which matched Infrastructure project-for-project with 11 listings each.

The market is showing signs of maturing and staying opportunistic, with new chains proving there's still room to compete. The exchange has opened its doors wide, listing 13 projects from entirely new networks, which is about 15% of all listings.
