Inveniam Capital Partners has announced its acquisition of MANTRA blockchain project and affiliated entities is expected to close by June 30, 2026. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The operator of the Inveniam IO platform, which has credentialed over $200 billion in private market assets, sees this as a key step in its expansion into digital asset rails.
MANTRA's EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain is purpose-built for the real-world assets (RWAs) market, currently estimated at $34 billion. The project also touts native support for regulatory compliance, holding a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
