Axelar Hit With $4.3M Security Incident Involving Secret Network

The incident occurred when an attacker exploited a vulnerability in Axelar's system, allowing them to access and drain funds from the Secret Network.

This is not the first time Axelar has faced security issues, with another incident occurring recently where hackers stole $2.1 million from Aztec Connect, a DeFi platform discontinued in 2023.
