Morgan Stanley Files Cheapest Ethereum and Solana ETFs on the Market

Morgan Stanley has filed amended S-1 registration statements with the SEC for two new crypto ETFs - one tracking Ethereum and one tracking Solana. The filings are the second amendments for both applications, which were originally submitted in January.

The move follows the bank's successful Bitcoin ETF launch in April, which has since attracted $300.7 million in cumulative net inflows as of June 18.

Both funds will charge a sponsor fee of 0.14% per year, the lowest currently offered in their respective markets. Grayscale's Mini Ethereum Trust currently charges 0.15%, and Franklin Templeton's Solana ETF charges 0.19%. Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin ETF also launched at 0.14%, undercutting rivals.

The Ethereum ETF will trade under the ticker MSSE, while the Solana ETF will trade as MSOL.
