Strive Expands Treasury with $4.7M Bitcoin Acquisition
Strive has made another significant Bitcoin acquisition, expanding its treasury by purchasing 73 BTC for approximately $4.7 million. The transaction took place from June 8 to June 14, with Strive paying an average price of $63,646 per Bitcoin.
This purchase increases Strive's total Bitcoin holdings to 19,105 BTC, up from 19,032 BTC previously held. Chairman and Chief Executive Matt Cole announced the deal on X, stating that the investment aligns with the company's strategy to boost its cryptocurrency holdings.
Notably, this latest acquisition comes at a relatively lower average price compared to Strive's previous purchase of 2,500 Bitcoin worth $185.2 million in June. The median price for the initial purchase was set at $74,092 per Bitcoin.
