Binance CEO CZ's Memoir Sparks Controversy in Crypto Industry

Binance CEO CZ has released his memoir 'Freedom of Money', which has generated significant interest and debate within the crypto industry. The book, which is a personal narrative, details CZ's origin story as well as his charity pledges and feuds with industry leaders.

CZ wrote the 457-page book while in prison using $0.05-per-message terminals. He has stated that he will donate all royalties from the book to nonprofit organizations, retaining none of the proceeds.

The memoir also offers sharp character sketches of industry rivals, including Sam Bankman-Fried and Star Xu. CZ refers to SBF as 'a refined egoist' and alleges that he attempted to weaken competitors through regulatory manipulation.
