Bitget Spends Big on Enterprise-Wide AI Integration for All Employees

Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange with over 120 million global users, has made a significant investment in artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The company recently purchased enterprise access to Anthropic's Claude AI for all 2,167 of its employees at a cost of $200 per person per month.

This works out to approximately $433,400 per month or about $5.2 million annually, making it one of the most expensive AI integrations in the industry.

According to CEO Gracy Chen, the decision was driven by the company's observation that employees who used AI tools were more productive and efficient. To bridge the gap between those with access to AI and those without, Bitget decided to provide universal access to Claude, a large language model.

This move marks a shift from selective product integration to widespread workforce adoption of AI technology. The company had previously incorporated multiple large language models into its products, but this is the first time it has made AI available to all employees across the organization.
