The cryptocurrency HYPE is at the center of a prediction market on Robinhood. The contract, which expires on July 17, 2026, at 2am EDT, asks what the price of HYPE will be at that time. The price used to determine this market is based on CF Benchmarks' corresponding Real Time Index (RTI).
To calculate the final value, 60 RTI prices are collected at the last minute before expiration and averaged together.
The contract offers a payout of $1 for every contract owned if the prediction is correct. Alternatively, traders can close their positions before the event resolves.
