The ProShares Ultra Bitcoin ETF has experienced a notable surge in assets under management (AUM) following a fresh injection of capital. According to data, $9.95 million was invested in the fund on June 5, marking a significant vote of confidence in the cryptocurrency market.

This influx represents approximately 2.86% of BITU's total AUM, which stands at $347.7 million. The move highlights investors' willingness to leverage volatility through a 2x exposure product, despite recent bearish signals in the market.

Bitcoin's price has been trading lower over the past three months, down around 8.33% from its peak. However, some analysts believe that this decline may be a form of consolidation rather than capitulation, paving the way for a potential rebound.
