Pandl Sees Bitcoin Bottoming Out if Fed Holds Steady
Grayscale's Head of Research, Zach Pandl, has outlined three conditions for a potential Bitcoin rally. According to Pandl, if the Federal Reserve maintains steady interest rates, the Clarity Act regulation is passed in the US, and Strategy's balance sheet structure is restored, Bitcoin may have reached its cyclical bottom.
Pandl notes that while the current price levels are not yet a 'close your eyes and buy' opportunity, they could be considered exceptional entry points under these conditions. The outlook for all three variables is positive, with the probability of the Fed keeping interest rates steady at 78.1% and Bitcoin currently trading at $62,864.
The Clarity Act regulation aims to provide clarity and transparency in crypto markets, which could boost investor confidence. Meanwhile, Strategy's recent moves are seen as a step towards restoring its balance sheet structure.
