Altcoin Market Opportunities: Expert Highlights Strong Fundamentals

Crypto analyst Jamie Coutts has expressed concerns about the current state of the cryptocurrency market. In a recent interview, he stated that despite several rallies this year, he still views crypto as being in a broader bear market. This is based on Real Vision's trend indicators and weekly chart analysis, which show that the market has been in a downtrend since January.

According to Coutts, the recent 25% to 30% rally was more consistent with a typical bear market bounce than the start of a new bull run. He pointed out that major market flushes often lead to another leg lower before a true recovery begins.

Coutts highlighted several altcoins that he believes have stronger fundamentals and are showing real growth, including NEAR, Venice, Hyperliquid, and Zcash. He cited NEAR's work in AI infrastructure and interoperability as an example of a project making meaningful progress in solving blockchain's long-standing challenges.
