Ripple CTO Emeritus Reflects on Past Ethereum Decision

Ripple CTO Emeritus David Schwartz recently shared insights on his past decision to sell Ethereum (ETH) tokens at a relatively low price.

In an online discussion, Schwartz recalled selling 40,000 ETH tokens when the cryptocurrency was trading at $1.05 each. He initially bought the tokens at $0.311 and sold them due to his belief that the token had reached its top value.

However, Schwartz stated that even a small chance of the token hitting $2,368 would have made him reconsider selling it for such a low price. He admitted that he may have underestimated the potential growth of ETH at the time.
