Bitcoin Surges Above $64,000 as US-Iran Peace Talks Yield Progress
The cryptocurrency market has seen a rebound in recent days, led by Bitcoin's rise above $64,000. The rally follows progress in peace talks between the US and Iran, which have eased geopolitical tensions.
However, experts warn that the gains may not be sustainable due to a broader risk-off sentiment reflected in derivatives markets. Despite this, Zcash has rebounded by nearly 5% and is trading above its 50-day EMA. Bittensor has also edged higher from support at $225.
The US-Iran peace talks have been ongoing over the weekend, with both countries agreeing on a preliminary framework for a lasting peace deal. The negotiations have brought together US Vice President JD Vance and Iranian officials, with Qatari mediators facilitating the discussions.
