Altcoin Market Hopes Rise with Progress of CLARITY Act Legislation

The US Senate's progress on the CLARITY Act has piqued the interest of crypto investors worldwide. This proposed legislation has been compared to the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934, which helped establish long-term dominance for US capital markets.

According to Galaxy Digital's Alex Thorn, there is now a 75% chance that the bill will pass before the August recess. If it does, several altcoins are expected to see increased institutional investment.
