Paybis Achieves Regulatory Milestones with MiCA and PSD2 Licenses

The company's co-founder and CEO, Innokenty Isers, commented on this achievement, stating that it marks a defining moment for Paybis. He emphasized that being CASP-authorized and Payment Institution-regulated puts the company in an elite club of companies holding both licenses.

This regulatory milestone enables Paybis to provide stablecoin payouts through regulated payment institutions, embedded digital asset payment services, and electronic money token (EMT) transactions. Additionally, individual user and business crypto funds are held separately from Paybis' own assets.
