Solana Watch Takes Center Stage at Franck Muller

Franck Muller has introduced a limited edition watch that embeds a Solana wallet QR code on its dial. This collaboration marks the first major Swiss watch tie-up with a non-Bitcoin blockchain, targeting younger crypto users active in NFTs and DeFi.

The 1,111-piece Vanguard model offers a wearable cold wallet for Solana tokens and NFTs, unlike previous Bitcoin-focused watches. This new design encourages more active use due to Solana's low fees and supports NFT storage.

Priced between $12,000 and $48,000, the watch appeals to Solana early holders, NFT collectors, and multi-chain crypto enthusiasts. However, it carries risks from Solana's network history and less universal brand recognition.
