Upbit Halts Taiko Deposits and Withdrawals Amid Unspecified Network Issue

South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, has suspended deposits and withdrawals for Taiko (TAIKO) due to an unspecified network issue.

The exchange cited safety of user assets and stability of the network as reasons for the halt. Users can still view their balances and trade TAIKO on the spot market but cannot move funds in or out.

This is not the first time Upbit has suspended services for a token due to network issues, with the exchange acting swiftly to address anomalies.
