Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, holds a substantial amount of bitcoin and is considered one of the largest publicly traded holders. However, beyond the price of bitcoin and the multiple to net asset value (mNAV) premium, amplification has been overlooked as a significant risk factor.

Amplification compares the size of Strategy's total debt and debt-like instruments to its stash of 766,970 BTC. A rising amplification level can add more risk to the company, making common stock more sensitive to bitcoin price movements.
