Ark Invest Sees Bitcoin Market Cap Reaching $16 Trillion by 2030

Ark Invest's latest report, Big Ideas 2026, presents a comprehensive outlook for the cryptocurrency market. One key prediction made by the firm is that Bitcoin's market capitalization could grow at an astonishing rate of 63% annually, reaching $16 trillion by 2030.

This projection assumes that Bitcoin will continue to monetize across various demand channels, including digital gold, corporate treasuries, nation-state reserves, and settlement collateral. The firm also expects spot ETF adoption and broader institutional access to unlock a sustained 'supercycle' rather than another brief boom-and-bust cycle.

According to the report, at a fixed supply of 21 million coins, a $16 trillion market cap would translate to a Bitcoin price of roughly $761,000–$762,000 per BTC. This is considered Ark's base case scenario, rather than an overly optimistic prediction.
