Bitcoin Volatility Hits 9-Month Low Amid Shift Towards AI and Semiconductors
Bitcoin's volatility has hit a 9-month low, with the Bitcoin Volmex Implied Volatility Index falling to 36.11 on Monday in Singapore.
This decrease in volatility is seen as a result of investors moving away from cryptocurrencies and towards other markets that have been performing well.
The price of Bitcoin remains relatively steady at around $77,000, but this is still below its record high of $126,000 set in October 2023.
