Sacks, a partner at Craft Ventures and co-founder of the firm, will continue to contribute to shaping wider tech policy as co-chair of President Donald Trump's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. This federal advisory committee is composed of industry and academic experts who make recommendations on various technology issues.

During his tenure, Sacks was responsible for overseeing a significant development in AI chip shipments to China. He presided over the relaxation of Biden-era restrictions, allowing for greater flexibility in the export of these critical components.
