Bitcoin Capitulation Signal Triggers Amid Bear Market Lows
According to CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost, investors in Bitcoin are capitulating, marking a pattern that has historically coincided with bear market bottoms. This is evident from the ratio of UTXOs spent in profit versus at a loss, which has fallen to its lowest level this cycle.
The last time this signal triggered was during the previous bear market in mid-2023, when BTC prices dropped to around $26,000.
This period is seen as a strategic time for long-term investors to accumulate, as it corresponds to the moment when most investors give up and lose interest.
