Solana Surpasses Ethereum in Weekly DApp Revenue for Fifth Consecutive Week

Solana's dominance in decentralized application (dApp) revenue has been consistent over the past few weeks, with the blockchain network surpassing Ethereum for the fifth consecutive week. According to data from DeFiLlama, Solana recorded $16.94 million in dApp revenue over the past seven days, outpacing every Layer 1 and Layer 2 chain in the market.

The current leaderboard places Hyperliquid L1 in second spot at $14.18 million, while Ethereum follows closely behind with $13.55 million in weekly dApp revenue. This trend suggests a significant shift in on-chain economic activity, with Solana leading the pack ahead of Ethereum and other major blockchain networks.

The low transaction fees on Solana remain its greatest advantage, making high-frequency trading and small transactions affordable for users. This has contributed to Solana's growing dApp revenue, which is powered by a combination of mature DeFi infrastructure and high-volume speculative activity.
