OranjeBTC Supports Strategy's $STRC Dividend Proposal for Semi-Monthly Payments

Strategy Inc.'s proposed dividend proposal has gained significant support from OranjeBTC, a leading bitcoin treasury firm. The company has publicly announced its backing for the plan to move $STRC dividends from monthly to semi-monthly payments. According to OranjeBTC's X post, the move would 'reduce volatility, deepen liquidity, and drive stronger demand.'

The proposal aims to optimize capital utilization by making capital more efficient and reducing reinvestment delay. Additionally, it is expected to boost trading around the asset and potentially improve price action and STRC liquidity.

Strategy Inc.'s CEO Michael Saylor first announced the proposal in April, with voting commencing on April 28 and set to close on June 8. Only investors who owned MSTR or STRC stock as of April 17 are eligible to vote.
