Ethereum's developer ecosystem has surpassed one million members, solidifying its position as the largest blockchain community.
This milestone was announced by Consensys co-founder Joseph Lubin, who noted that the vision of one million Ethereum developers presented at DevCon5 in 2019 has become a reality.
The growth of Ethereum's developer community over the past five years can be attributed to its robust smart contract capabilities, widespread adoption of decentralized applications (dApps), and expansion of decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible token (NFT) sectors.
