Goldman Sachs Predicts Bitcoin's Price Has Reached Its Bottom
Goldman Sachs analysts have made a prediction about Bitcoin's price, suggesting that it has reached its bottom. This conclusion is based on two key indicators: institutional investors re-entering the market and a decrease in liquidations.
Liquidations occur when platforms automatically sell investments due to high leverage, which can weigh down the price of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. In October 2023, there were record-breaking $19 billion in liquidations in a single day, which contributed to a significant decline in Bitcoin's value.
However, in March 2024, Goldman Sachs analysts noted that the number of liquidations began to decrease, indicating a potential shift towards stabilization. Additionally, institutional investors re-entered the market, with $1.32 billion flowing into spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in March.
