Santiment Publishes MVRV Analysis, Identifies Undervalued Cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrency analytics firm Santiment has published a report on the current state of major cryptocurrencies in the market. The company analyzed the MVRV (Market Value to Realized Value) ratio over the past 30 days to determine which coins may be overvalued or undervalued.
The MVRV ratio is a key metric used by investors to gauge whether the market is currently expensive or cheap. A negative MVRV ratio indicates that investors have suffered significant losses, and historically, such levels have signaled long-term buying opportunities.
According to Santiment's data, Ethereum (ETH) is currently undervalued with a -14.3% decrease in its MVRV ratio. This suggests that the average investor has recently suffered significant losses, making it an attractive time to buy.
Other major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC), Chainlink (LINK), XRP (XRP), and Cardano (ADA) are also slightly undervalued with MVRV ratios ranging from -2.0% to -6.9%. These coins may offer healthier accumulation opportunities for investors.
