TRON's USDT Supply Surpasses $90 Billion, Leads Stablecoin Transfer Volume
The total circulating supply of USDT on the TRON blockchain has surpassed $90 billion, according to a recent announcement from TRON DAO. This milestone solidifies TRON's position as a leading network for USDT activity.
TRON leads all networks in USDT transfer volume year-to-date (YTD), with approximately $4.2 trillion transferred through the platform. The network's scale, low transaction costs, and consistent activity support digital dollar transfers and various blockchain-based real-world use cases.
As of July 2026, TRON processes over 12.7 million daily transactions and has surpassed 392 million total user accounts. Additionally, the network supports an average of $23.8 billion in daily USDT transfers.
Justin Sun, founder of TRON, attributed the growth to the principles that have shaped the crypto industry: open access, user ownership, and practical utility. He emphasized the demand for blockchain infrastructure that is fast, efficient, and accessible.
