Grayscale Rebalances Multi-Asset Funds Amid Quarter-End Adjustments

Grayscale Investments has completed its quarterly rebalancing of its multi-asset funds, resulting in changes to the weightings of various components.

The DeFi Fund saw the removal of Aerodrome Finance (AERO), which held a 5.36% weighting before being entirely removed from the fund. Ethena (ENA) has taken AERO's place with a 13.59% weighting, marking its inclusion in Grayscale's flagship DeFi product.

The rebalancing also saw Ondo (ONDO) record the largest gain among retained holdings, increasing its weighting from 14.10% to 19.83%. Uniswap (UNI) and Aave (AAVE) experienced declines in their weightings, with UNI falling to 35.22% and AAVE dropping to 21.36%.

In the Smart Contract Fund, Ethereum reclaimed its top spot with a weighting of 30.14%, surpassing Solana's 29.69%. This shift comes after a single quarter, during which Ethereum gained roughly 1.14 percentage points. Other components in the fund saw smaller moves, with Cardano slipping to 17.96% and Sui losing ground to 7.11%.
