Bybit Sets New Benchmark for Security with AI-Driven Risk Framework

Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has made significant strides in protecting its users from scams and frauds through its 2025 Security Initiative.

The initiative, which aimed to transform risk control into an active and intelligent guardian, was successful in intercepting $300 million in impersonalization, scams, and frauds. This is a testament to Bybit's commitment to user safety and security.

The AI-driven risk framework developed by Bybit divides potential scam situations into three levels of risk: Early Warning (Low Risk), Real-time Alert (Medium Risk), and Immediate Blocking and Cooling-off (High Risk). Each level has a different response designed to protect the withdrawal process of users while keeping the platform smooth for normal trading activity.

Bybit's proactive approach has set a new benchmark for security in the digital asset space. The exchange believes that security is not a competitive advantage but a collective responsibility, and its 2025 strategy focused heavily on External Intelligence Integration with industry partners like TRM, Elliptic, and Chainalysis.
