DWF Labs: Altcoin Market Shifts Towards Larger Assets

The crypto market has witnessed significant changes in recent years, with institutional investors increasingly focusing on larger assets.

DWF Labs' managing partner Andrei Grachev attributes this shift to three key factors: an oversupply of tokens competing for limited capital, a smaller base of active market participants, and the rise of crypto ETFs.

According to Grachev, these structural conditions are no longer supporting altseason rallies. The concentration of liquidity in large-cap assets, such as Bitcoin and tokenized real-world assets, has reduced the opportunities for smaller tokens to grow.
