Crypto Insider Predicts Ethereum Price Drop Amid US-Iran Conflict
Jiang Zhuoer, a prominent figure in the crypto industry, has made a notable prediction regarding the price of Ethereum.
According to reports, Jiang opened a short position in Ethereum at $2,242, which he believes will be profitable due to the ongoing US-Iran conflict. In his analysis, Jiang drew parallels between the current situation and the 1956 Suez Canal crisis, where Britain lost control of the canal.
Jiang's 'Suez Canal moment' analogy suggests that the US is facing a significant loss of power, similar to what happened in 1956. He believes that this will lead to higher energy prices, which in turn will put pressure on risk assets like Ethereum.
The bear market cycle, according to Jiang, is not yet over, and he sees event-driven rebounds as opportunities to add to short positions. While there is a small probability of renewed large-scale fighting, which could further stress markets, Jiang's stance on Ethereum remains decidedly bearish in the short-to-medium term.
