Salinas also revealed that he persuaded his wife to take out a loan against their home to purchase BTC, which he acknowledges is a controversial approach but defends as a rational financial decision. He suggests that homeowners should consider converting at least part of their home equity into Bitcoin to benefit from potential appreciation in both their property and the cryptocurrency.
