Bitmine Immersion Technologies has continued its aggressive Ethereum buying strategy, purchasing $213 million worth of the cryptocurrency in recent weeks.

This acquisition brings its total Ethereum holdings to approximately 4.59% of the total supply, making it one of the largest Ethereum treasuries globally.

The company's chairman, Thomas Tom Lee, attributes this strategy to the demand for decentralized infrastructure and tokenization on Ethereum, which he believes is a fundamental aspect of the cryptocurrency's value proposition.
