MicroStrategy Halts Weekly Bitcoin Purchases Ahead of Q1 Earnings

MicroStrategy, formerly known as Strategy, has halted its weekly bitcoin acquisitions in anticipation of its upcoming Q1 earnings release. Despite this temporary suspension, the company's substantial $64.4 billion BTC portfolio remains intact.

The last acquisition occurred in late April, when Strategy acquired 3,273 BTC for approximately $255 million. The pause is viewed by analysts as a tactical decision rather than a strategic retreat, with the earnings call expected to provide clarity on future buying intentions.
