A Wall Street analyst is predicting a rebound in Bitcoin's value by the end of 2026, citing a belief that the pain for the cryptocurrency is largely over.
The analyst, who leads a team at Bernstein, notes that despite recent sell-offs, Bitcoin has bottomed out and is poised to rise. This prediction comes as investors have become increasingly concerned about higher interest rates and geopolitical tensions, which have led to significant outflows from Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and sales by some of the token's largest holders.
The analyst also points to institutional interest in Bitcoin remaining a key factor in its potential rise. Higher ETF flows and more traditional banks offering crypto services are seen as positive indicators for the cryptocurrency.
