Capital B Completes Capital Increase with Additional Bitcoin Acquisition

Capital B, a Paris-listed entity focused on data intelligence and decentralized technology, has successfully completed an At-the-Market (ATM) capital increase and warrant issuances.

The company's financial restructuring involved partnerships with TOBAM and UTXO Management to support its specialized focus. As part of this process, Capital B acquired 44 additional bitcoin for $3.12 million.

This acquisition brings the company's total holdings to 2,888 BTC, valued at over $309.34 million (€267.1 million). Key performance metrics reveal a year-to-date BTC yield of 0.72% and a total BTC gain of 20.4 tokens.
