Michael Saylor Forecasts Digital Lending Boom for Bitcoin

Bitcoin pioneer Michael Saylor has made a bold prediction about the future of cryptocurrency. Speaking at the recent Bitcoin 2026 conference, he stated that digital lending is a key factor in unlocking Bitcoin's potential.

Saylor believes that every dollar entering digital lending will flow into the Bitcoin network, driving up its price to $10 million per coin. He envisions a future where 1 billion people have high-yield digital banking accounts with an annual return of 8-10%, making Bitcoin a massive $200 trillion network.

The ultimate goal is to provide an alternative to traditional credit instruments, such as junk bonds and private credit, which are often plagued by risk and low returns. Saylor sees digital credit as the next killer application for Bitcoin, enabling it to support all stablecoins, crypto tokens, and traditional credit instruments.
