LegalBison Unveils Comprehensive MiCA Research Series Amidst EU Compliance Deadlines
As the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation takes effect, a growing number of crypto companies are finding themselves at odds with compliance deadlines. To address this issue, global law firm LegalBison has released a comprehensive 12-part research series, 'MiCA Decoded', in collaboration with Bitcoin.com News.
The 'MiCA Decoded' series provides an in-depth analysis of the MiCA regulation using primary source data from public CASP registers and ESMA data. The research highlights critical aspects of MiCA compliance that founders often misinterpret or overlook, including operational timelines, authorization structures, and documentation requirements.
'Most founders are working with a version of MiCA that exists in summaries and secondhand commentary, not in the regulation itself,' said Aaron Glauberman, Managing Partner at LegalBison. 'Every installment in this series starts from primary source data, the actual register, the actual text, the actual deadlines and works outward from there.'
