Datavault AI to Acquire CyberCatch Holdings in All-Stock Transaction

Datavault AI Inc., a leading provider of artificial intelligence computing and enterprise data services, has announced that it will acquire CyberCatch Holdings, Inc. in an all-stock transaction through a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The acquisition is subject to various conditions and regulatory approvals.

The proposed acquisition combines Datavault AI's existing technology suite with CyberCatch's AI-enabled continuous compliance platform, positioning the company against the CMMC, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS regulatory frameworks.

CyberCatch's MARS-MABE encryption technology will be converted to post-quantum cryptography as part of the integration process. The acquisition is expected to enhance Datavault AI's position in the cybersecurity market and provide customers with a comprehensive suite of compliance solutions.
