Polish President Accused of Ignoring Cryptocurrency Scam Warnings

Poland's Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek has claimed that the country's President had full information about Zondacrypto, a cryptocurrency exchange under investigation for suspected large-scale fraud and money laundering.

The Justice Minister stated that the President and his aides had been briefed by Poland's special services on documents related to Zondacrypto. He added that he was present at various conversations where the President and his people were informed about everything.

Żurek also confirmed that there is a 'Russian trail' connected to Zondacrypto, as previously mentioned by Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The government has argued that the absence of regulation leaves investors exposed.
