SEC Ruling Opens Doors for Institutional Capital in Crypto Market
The SEC and CFTC have issued a joint ruling that classifies 16 cryptocurrencies as digital commodities under federal law, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cardano, Dogecoin, and Shiba Inu. This decision has removed the legal uncertainty that had been holding back institutional investors from entering the crypto market.
The ruling has already triggered a surge in investment, with $2.5 billion in Bitcoin ETF inflows during March alone. As institutional capital pours into the market, it is becoming increasingly important for individual investors to identify the best cryptocurrencies to invest in.
Analysts have identified Pepeto as one of the top contenders, due to its confirmed Binance listing and working exchange platform. The presale of Pepeto has already raised over $8 million, with staking returning 191% APY.
