Grayscale Flags Top Blockchain Networks for Tokenized Stock Boom
As tokenized stocks gain traction in traditional finance, Grayscale has identified five blockchain networks poised to thrive. These platforms are Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, BNB Chain, and Canton Network.
The current market sees 'wrapper tokens' representing over 70% of the total value of tokenized stocks, with Securitize's recent listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) being a notable milestone. The company issued $295 million in SECZ common stock on both Avalanche and Solana networks.
Grayscale's analysis outlines three phases that will coexist in the market: third-party 'wrapper' models, regulated rails integrating existing securities into traditional infrastructure, and native on-chain issuance by public corporations. Open-architecture public networks like Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain dominate the DeFi protocols landscape.
