Jane Street Accused of Insider Trading in Crypto Collapse

Jane Street is one of the largest cryptocurrency market makers, providing liquidity across multiple assets and interacting with many crypto companies as a trading counterparty.

However, the firm has found itself at the center of several high-profile crypto collapses, including the recent TerraUSD (UST) and LUNA collapse.

A lawsuit filed by Terraform Labs' bankruptcy estate alleges that Jane Street used non-public information about Terraform's liquidity withdrawals to exit positions and profit before the stablecoin lost its dollar peg.
