Morgan Stanley Launches Spot Bitcoin ETF on NYSE Arca Exchange

Morgan Stanley's launch of its spot Bitcoin ETF is a major step towards normalizing crypto assets in the traditional financial system.

The fund, listed on the NYSE Arca exchange, will hold actual Bitcoin and use the CoinDesk Bitcoin Benchmark 4 PM NY Settlement Rate for pricing. This structure preserves the integrity of the underlying asset while offering a familiar, regulated wrapper for institutions.

The annual management fee of 0.14% undercuts rival Bitcoin ETFs, making Morgan Stanley's fund an attractive low-cost option for institutional investors.
