Gemini Bolsters Stablecoin Offerings with New Asset Additions

Gemini has expanded its stablecoin ecosystem by adding USAT, XAUT, and USDT0 to its platform.

USAT is a US-regulated dollar stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, which holds a federal bank charter. It maintains a 1:1 peg to the US dollar and is backed by full reserves with transparent monthly disclosures.

XAUT is Tether Gold, a tokenized representation of physical gold stored in Swiss vaults. Each XAUT token equals one fine troy ounce of gold, providing users with a direct link to the value of gold.

USDT0 is a cross-chain version of USDT built on LayerZero's Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard. This enables native cross-chain transfers without traditional bridging solutions and allows for seamless interactions between different blockchains.
