XRP Reserves on Binance Plummet to 3-Month Low

The recent decline in XRP reserves on Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange by traded volume, has sparked interest among investors. According to data from CryptoQuant, the XRP reserve on Binance dropped to 2,704,061,448 tokens on June 7, down from 2,770,107,147 units on March 5.

The decline in reserves represents a 2.38% decrease over that period and marks the lowest level seen in three months. Notably, this reduction occurred despite the token's bearish sentiment during its recent price capitulation to a low of $1.09.

Historically, a decrease in net supply on Binance has been associated with bullish sentiment due to reduced selling pressure. If the trend continues, it could potentially lead to a near-term rebound in the token's price.
