Wood Sees Capital Outflows Igniting Digital Assets

Cathie Wood, CEO of ARK Invest, believes that capital outflows from less stable countries will boost Bitcoin and digital assets. According to her, AI's technology revolution is diverting investment oxygen but failing as a wealth protection tool in times of global instability.

Historical data on Bitcoin safe-haven flows from emerging markets' capital controls supports this view. Institutional rotation from crypto to AI and IPOs has left BTC, ETH, and SOL in a relative middle ground compared to gold or growth equities.

The 4-hour chart shows BTC at $60,412.93 inside Bollinger Bands with upper resistance at $62,541.93 and lower support at $58,538.18. The bearish structure holds below the EMA50 at $61,967.76 and EMA200 at $66,951.39, despite a bullish golden cross on the MACD at -677.17 and a neutral RSI of 44.88.
